I have a good feeling Liverpool is going to rollover Portsmouth since they are looking to avenge a 2-0 loss to them in December. Portsmouth has looked lost in their past five matches especially away from home. They also have not won at Anfield since 51'. Then again everytime I have a good feeling about a team they find some ridiculous way to lose. So Liverpool at -400? Any thoughts?:think2:

dont do it..liverpool not reliable as big fav this season and probably has its mind already on the euro league match vs. Lille at home on thursday, which will be their main focus this season.
just not a good spot for them sandwiched between the EURO league matches

chris, partly agree, but dont to say they're focusing against lille, so they're going to drop this one at home. they're big favs, but for a reason, especially with torres back they have the offense to crush teams like smouth. the l5 at home they've won, and conceded only 1 goal, that was against the rovers if im not mistaken. smouth only won one, and that was against burnley, bottom-team. throw in the revenge angle, and im playing the reds heavily today. i suggest play liverpool su or in a parlay with your other games, i see at least a 1-0 win by the reds. gl boys.

I agree with both of you guys. The Europa League match is something to think about but not of big concern IMO. I am more inclined to Liverpool now because the over is at 2.5 at -165. I can easily see this being 2-0 Liverpool until the late stages of match and Portsmouth scoring on a auto goal or penalty, making the last ten minutes or so a bit tense. Liverpool 3-1 or 2-1. Going with Liverpool. Will update with how many units 1/2 hour before gametime.

1-0 or 2-0 seems likely. Reds have not scored 3 or more goals in an EPL game since September when they were actually a decent side. Since then, 5 of their 7 home league wins have either been by 1-0 or 2-0 scoreline with the other two being 2-1
